The
Oklahoma Lottery Begins! Online Gambling info:
In April
2003 the Oklahoma Lottery Act was passed, the Oklahoma Lottery Trust Fund
set up and a legislative referendum for to the Oklahoma Constitution set
up. Oklahoma voters approved overwhelmingly on November 2, 2004.
Online gambling will probably not be approved.
The act created an Oklahoma Lottery Commission to initiate, supervise, and administer the
operations, including online gambling, if that option ever comes into
place.
The Commission is governed by a Board of Trustees composed of seven members appointed by the governor with the advice and consent of the Senate.
James R Scroggins, has been hired as the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Lottery.
Scroggins
was executive Director of the Pennsylvania Lottery from 1987 - 1991 prior to be hired by Missouri.

Director of the Oklahoma Lottery James R Scorggins has an MA in Psychology
from the University of Illinois and a
BA in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University.

The chances of winning the Oklahoma lottery jackpot are principally determined by several factors:
- the count of possible numbers
- the count of winning numbers drawn
- whether or not order is significant
- whether drawn numbers are returned for the possibility of further drawing.

- Oklahoma Gusher: Match
your "winning well numbers" to any of the "well

- 25,000 Jackpot: Same
again, but players get 4 winning numbers rather than 2, and a
star automatically wins a prize.
